Computer software is getting more and more advanced as time goes on. From the latest games using newer graphically enhancing features, to graphics programs themselves that need more power so as to produce even more colours and options for things such as rendering your images that require more power the more complex the image. It seems like to run these new programs on you must have the most up to date system. That is not true at all as an upgrade could just be the thing your PC needs to run that new game you just bought, or so you can use that new digital camera you got for your Birthday.

Just tell us what you want upgraded and we will come and fit it for you. If you are unsure of what you require, just tell us the problem and an engineer will explain to you what needs upgrading and why this is. We have a large selection of hardware available, see below for hardware that we offer.

Hardware Installation is £15 per hour. Current hardware inspection is free of charge and can be removed free of charge.

If you require a whole new system, we will custom build you a machine built to your specification or requirments. There will be a small charge of £25 putting the system together and that will include us setting it up at your home and making sure you are up and running. There will be no extra charge setting it up in your home however the callout fee of £10 will still apply.

Grapics Card - This is required to display a picture on the monitor. It also deals with the graphics performance on things such as games and graphics editors. All connections can be supplied depending on your wants/needs such as PCI or AGP and now the latest PCI express. Prices start from £35.

Sound Card - Improves audio perfomance and allows connections such as midi controllers and headphone/speaker ports to be connected into the computer. Prices start from £20.

CPU - The CPU (Central Processing Unit) is basically the brian of the computer. It deals with all the tasks you require your computer to do such as opening programs or installing software. This is a major upgrade and may very well require an upgrade of your motherboard as the CPU works closely with the motherboard so CPUs are complient with all motherboards. Ask for details. Prices start at £70.

MotherBoard - If the CPU is the brain, then this would be the heart of the computer. Every componant in the computer connects to the motherboard in one way or another. This is a major upgrade again. Prices start at £50.

RAM - The RAM is what sends tasks to the processor, the faster the memory, the faster a task will be sent to the processor to be dealt with. A big speed performance upgrade for a computer. Prices start at £60. Depending on how much RAM you require. We supply from 256mb all the way up to 2gb.

Hard Disk Drive - The Hard Drive is where all information is stored. They come in a few differant speeds aswell as memory sizes. Prices start from £30.

CD/DVD Writers/Rewriters - Depending on what kind of discs you wish to write to. CDs hold up to 900mb (standard discs 700mb) and DVD discs hold up to 4gb's of data. We have a wide range of speeds and also can supply either Internal or External drives.

CD/DVD ROM Drives - For playing CD's or DVD's. DVD drives will play all kinds of CD and DVD's where as CD drives will play all kinds of CD's only.
